Malo Empanadas Brighton

We ordered 2 meal deals (2 Empanadas and a drink) Baqueano, Chorizo, Spicy Prawn and Spicy Chicken. It was delicious! The staffs were friendly; location is good and cozy atmosphere.

Having never had an empanada before, this was a great experience! The service was so kind, suggesting which flavour to go for which excitement, they were almost more excited than I was! I enjoy a Cornish pasty but I do think these are better (I’m well aware they are not the same and I may have offended someone but they aren’t completely worlds apart ) so if that’s all you have to go off, like me, try these! It was buttery and flakey, but the crust was stodgy in the best and most hearty way, it was delicious! I will definitely be back, probably to try some other flavours and see which is my favourite! I absolutely love this place. Empanadas and alfajores are delicious, staff friendly and kind, the prices convenient and the atmosphere cosy. Malo is the best place to go for a light meal in town. My favourites empanadas are "Spicy prawns" and "apple with dulce de leche" (They have options for vegan and vegetarian people too) .

So delicious!!! The best empanadas I’ve had. We had the chorizo chimi, spicy chicken , banana and Nutella empanada and the milk chocolate biscuit dessert thing ( forgot the name). We visited twice in one day and would go back everyday if I could!

A very pleasant place in the lanes which had a selection of sweet and savoury empanadas. Two empanadas were 7 and decently filling and delicious for the price. A great place for a light lunch under 10

Empanadas are what Cornish pasties think they are. Lovely place never been before, friendly staff who recommended a really delicious empanada and gave me a loyalty card. Food was piping hot and absolutely fantastic, full of lots of delicious elements which all tied together beautifully. Little pricey for one item, but it won't stop me from coming back!
